My name is Brenda Ramsey
I have been painting yard art for over 25 years.
I originally started making yard art for myself. People would often stop and ask me where I got this or that piece. I would tell them I made it and they would offer to buy it. Eventually, I started selling my pieces at a craft mall. And then expanded into local craft shows.

When I am not painting, you can usually find me at Children's University taking care of the animals or teaching a 3rd - 6th grade elective on animal care. Here are just a few of the animals.
Baby Draca March 2008
2022 Draca lived to be 14 years old. She is missed.
This is Tika the llama. She was born in 2015. She has a very sweet disposition and very rarely spits.
This is Pepper Pig at her 1 year old birthday party on Sept. 29, 2017.
She is a KuneKune pig but if you ask her, she'll tell you she is a dog.
This is Ernie. 2010-2022
He is very gentle, loves attention and can be a bit mischievous.
These are the twins Bert and Ernie.
They were born in the Children's University classroom on Feb. 21, 2010.
This is Bert. 2010-2022
He is the oldest by 15 minutes. He is very stoic but he is gentle and likes a good back scratch, at his discretion of course.
